2 eggs (beat slightly) 2 c. flour
2 c. milk 4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar ½ cup melted butter
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except butter) in bowl until smooth. Add melted butter. Pour measured amount into hot waffle iron. Follow directions of the waffle iron. If you do not have directions, I usually add about ½ -3/4 cup, just to cover the bottom of the waffle iron. You will have to experiment until you get a waffle that doesn’t spill all over.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Remember the waffle suppers with
homemade syrup (one cup brown sugar with one cup water boiled until dissolved).
