1/2 C mayo
1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained and mashed
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 C sliced jalapeno peppers, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.

To follow the original recipe, which calls for this dip to be baked: spoon mixture into small ovenproof dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
