1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped celery

4 tablespoons butter

1 17-ounce can creamed corn

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1 8-ounce package herb stuffing mix

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a skillet, cook onion and celery in the 4 tablespoons butter. Add corn, water, poultry seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil. Place stuffing mix in a bowl, and pour the cooked onion mixture on top. Stir in eggs. Measure about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a ball. Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour melted butter over each ball. Bake in for 25 minutes.
