5.6 oz. package couscous
1/3 c. raisins
1 T. olive oil
1 zucchini chopped
1 c. diced carrots
1 clove crushed garlic
3/4 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. cayenne
19 oz. can chickpeas rinsed
1/3 c. pimiento olives chopped
2 T. water
2 c. fresh spinach
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare couscous according to package.
Heat oil in skillet. Add zucchini and carrots. Cook 8 min. Add garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne, spinach and basil. Cook 30 seconds. Add chickpeas, olives and water. Heat through. Add couscous and serve.
