1 Can Hormel Chili with Beans
1 Package of Corn Tortillas (12)
8 oz Grated Chihuahua Cheese (or Monterrey Jack if unavailable)
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the can of chili and set aside

LIGHTLY FRY the tortillas in the vegetable oil and drain on paper towels
TIGHTLY ROLL the grated cheese inside of the tortillas (about 2 pinches of
cheese). Place side by side in a casserole dish.
POUR the Hormel chili over the rolled up and stuffed tortillas
COVER with the extra cheese
BAKE in preheated 450 oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted thoroughly
ENJOY
