2 ducks or 1 goose, cooked and boned
1 pkg. Wild and long grain rice (like Uncle Ben’s)
1 lb. Pork sausage
1 large can of mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package. Brown sausage and stir in mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, soup and rice. In a 3 quart casserole, place ½ mixture and cover with meat. Repeat layers. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This can also be made with chicken.
