Directions:
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread cookie dough on a pizza pan. Bake at 325 to 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool and spread cream cheese mixture. Chill overnight. Add fruit before or after chilling depending on the type (for instance: add glazed peaches immediately before serving).

Another fun way to do this is to make individual pizzas. Make them cookie sized for a large crowd or saucer sized for larger portions. Spread the cream cheese mixture and chill. Serve the cut fruit in bowls and let guests make their own pizzas!!
