8 Sweet or Hot Sausage
1 Bunch Broccoli Rabe washed & cut into bite size pieces
2 Portobello Mushrooms cut in cubes
1 Onion sliced
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
2 Shallots Chopped
1 Cup White Wine
3 Cups Water with 3-4 heaping Tbs of Powdered Chicken Bouillon (to make chicken broth)
4 tbs Butter
Salt, Pepper, Sweet Basil & Parsley (to taste)
Orechiette Pasta

Take Sausage out of casing break into bite size pieces and cook in frying pan when almost done add Portobello Mushrooms & cook till done.
In Big Pot sauté Onions,Garlic & Shallots in Butter & Oil.
Add Chicken Broth, Wine & Spices.
Bring to a boil & add Broccoli Rabe.
Cook for 25 min.
Meanwhile when Sausage & Mushrooms are done, add to Broth and Broccoli Rabe and cook for the remaining time.
Sever over Orechiette.
