1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 Cup Shortening
2 large eggs
1.5 tsp. vanilla
1.5 Cup plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 Cups Oatmeal (Must use Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal)
6oz semi-sweet choc chips
1.25 Cup walnut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Cream together both sugars and shortening. Add in eggs and vanilla.
Sift together, flour, soda and salt then add to main mixture. Fold
in oatmeal, chips, and nuts.

Drop onto cookie sheets that are sprayed with Pam. Bake 10-12
minutes.
