2 cans creamed corn
2 large eggs
2 heaping tbsp flour
1/4 c. of milk or cream
pepper

Directions:

Pour corn in uncreased casserole dish. Add eggs and flour and stir until eggs are mixed in and flour lumps have almost disappeared. Escallop* the top with milk. Pepper to taste. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour or until custard has set and top is golden brown.

*Take small amount of milk and carefully pour around edges so that it sits on the top of mix. Use the back end of a spoon to spread evenly over the top. Do not stir!

A quick and easy recipe that looks and tastes like a lot more work than it actually is. This is my grandmother's recipe and a family tradition at Thanksgiving though it's great anytime.
