5 eggs
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3 boxes powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and beat whites. Add cream of tartar. Add powdered sugar to make a thick maringue. Beat egg yolks until real foamy. Add more powdered sugar to make thick. Add to white mixture. Add more sugar to make it medium thick.
When ready to serv add 1 tbsp batter to hot water and whiskey.
