1-1/2 Cups Pecans (whole, without shells)
1-1/2 Cups Walnuts (whole, without shells)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars and sour cream together in a saucepan.
Heat the mixture to 236 degrees.
Remove from heat.
Pour nuts into liquid mixture and coat nuts.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Separate nuts into individuals with a fork (careful - mixture is hot!)
