3 Eggs
1 1/2c. Cottage Cheese
3/4c. Sour Cream (or yogurt)
8oz. Cream Cheese
1/2t. Vanilla Extract
2t. Cinnamon
1/4c. Honey
Few dashes salt
Beat together until smooth

2 Medium Cooking Apples Sliced
or
2 Fresh, Ripe Peaches, Sliced

4c. (Raw) wide, flat egg noodles, boiled in salted water until just barely tender. Drain and butter

Directions:

Combine everything. Spread into well-buttered casserole. Top with a mixture of:
1c. Bread Crumbs
2t. Cinnamon
1/4c. Wheat Germ
1/4c. Brown Sugar

Dot with butter

Bake uncovered, 35 minutes at 375º
