Pineapple Noodle Kugel Recipe

3 c. wide egg noodles
c. sugar, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 T. Sugar plus tsp. Cinnamon, mixed for topping
c. butter melted
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 16 oz. cottage cheese
c. milk
1 T. vanilla
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, cut in small chunks

Cook noodles as directed ( a few minutes under cooked for best results), drain. Combine all ingredients and fold into cooked noodles. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325. Cut into squares and serve hot.
