2 Cups crushed walnuts
15 (thin) milk chocolate Hershey Bars

Syrup:
1 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 lb. butter
3 Tablespoons water

Directions:
Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Sprinkle 1 cup crushed walnuts over wax paper.
Lay 9 of the chocolate bars over nuts, placing them close together.
On the side, have the remaining 6 chocolate bars and 1 cup crushed walnuts ready.

Place syrup ingredients in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until almost burned (but not burned!). Keep stirring until syrup crackles when dropped in cold water. Syrup will leave the sides of the pan when ready.

Pour hot syrup over chocolate bars on cookie sheet. Immediately place remaining 6 chocolate bars on the hot syrup. When bars are melted, spread chocolate evenly on top and then sprinkle the remaining cup of crushed walnuts on top.

Allow to cool overnight, then cut or break into chunks and enjoy!
