2 - 8 oz. bags of Jay's O'Ke'Doke Corn Puffs
2 sticks of butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees

In turkey roaster, pour corn puffs
In a deep pan, combine: butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and vanilla.
Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes under medium heat.
DO NOT OVER BOIL

Remove from stove and stir in soda.
Mixture will be foamy.
Pour mixture over puffs, coating well.
Stir gently
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
Dump on cookie sheet or wax paper to cool
Store in tight container.
