4 Tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup oil (i used half olive & half veg.)
1 Large clove garlic crushed
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
10 drops worcestershire sauce
1 coddled egg (boiled for 60 secs.)
6-8 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 inch ribbon anchovy paste (found in the canned fish section of the grocery store)

Blend all ingredients in a blender & refrigerate for several hours.
