Vegetable Oil
6 Chicken Cutlets
1 Onion Sliced Thin
1 Lg Can Sliced Mushrooms
Paprika
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Can White Chicken Gravy
8 oz Sour Cream
Flour
Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Flour Chicken Cutlets & Brown in oil in large frying pan.
Take Chicken out of pan.
Add Onions & Mushrooms in frying pan and cover with a lot of Paprika.
When browned add 1 cup Water.
Put Chicken back in Pan, add more Paprika enough to cover both sides of chicken.
Cover & cook about 1 hour on low heat till Chicken is soft.
Take Chicken out of pan.
Add Lemon Juice & Chicken Gravy mix then put Chicken back in pan & cook for 20 minutes more.
Take Chicken out of pan add Sour Cream & mix well.
Serve Chicken & Gravy over Noodles.
