Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 Small Carrots finely diced
1 Onion finely diced
3 Cloves Garlic chopped
3 lbs Ground Veal, Beef & Pork
1/2 lb Prosciutto diced
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cup Red Wine
Salt, Pepper, Parsley & Sweet Basil to taste

Directions:

Heat Oil & Butter in Pot,
Add Onion,Carrot,Garlic & Prosciutto cook 5 min till Onion is translucent and meat is browned.
Add Ground Meat and brown.
Add Tomato Paste,Milk & Wine stir till all is combined.
Then add Salt, Pepper,Parsley & Sweet Basil (to taste).
Bring to boil then reduce to simmer, cook for 1 Hour
