1 can small shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1 c mayonnaise
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp diced green or red peppers
1 tbsp diced celery (optional)
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/4 c boiling water
Your choice of crackers for serving (Ritz are best)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, shrimp, and crab and stir until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Pour into Jello mold and chill for at least 4 hours before unmolding. Serve with crackers as an appetizer.

Any combination of diced veggies works. For a spicy flavor add jalapeņos instead of green peppers. A great appetizer for a Holiday party.
