1 (~15 oz) can french onion soup
1 (~15 oz) can beef consomme soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup of water
1/2 cup garlic cheese croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Combine the soups and the water in a medium saucepan. Stir to combine; bring them to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Using 2 one quart sized oven-proof bowls, pour in the soups filling each to about 3/4 full. Add the croutons (about 1/4 cup per bowl) in the centers of each bowl.
Top the croutons with the cheese (about 1/2 cup per bowl).
Place the bowls on a baking sheet and place them under the broiler until the cheese is golden brown.
Remove them from the broiler and serve immediately.
