2 regular size cans of refried beans
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
1 small can of green chiles, optional - use to taste

chopped green onions
sliced avocados
grated cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients in a 2-quart pan. Stir well and bring to a boil over low to medium low heat. Stir frequently enough to prevent burning. Add the green chiles if you want the soup to be a bit spicier.

Serve topped with a combination of any or all of the last five ingredients.
