1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
3 well beaten eggs
1 cup mincemeat
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. gloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
a few glazed cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients and mix well. Sift together the remaining ingredients and add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes before baking. Place by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake in 350º oven till done. About 13 minutes. Yum
