1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. vinager
2 cups grated zucckini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine baking soda and vinager. Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk and beat well. Mix all dry ingredients and add soda. Beat well, stir in zucckini. Bake in greased and floured 9 X 13 pan at 325 for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and walnuts pressed down, if desired.
