1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons Pickling Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pickle into "chunk" size. Drain off the juice in the jar. Put chunks back into the jar. Heat up sugar and vinegar to an almost boil. Put pickling spice directly into the jar. Pour the hot liquid over chunks and spice and put the lid on tight. Turn the jar upside down and right side up about 6 times to allow all pickles to get the flavor (do this over 3 hours). Refrigerate.
