4 medium oranges
2 pounds cranberries
2 apples, unpeeled, cored
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Peel oranges, just the rind, discard white pulp. Put orange pulp and rind, raw cranberries and apple through a hand grinder. Add sugar and mix well. Put in margarine tubs and freeze. Check cranberries for spoiled ones, and pick out any leaves.

Use an oldfashioned grinder that you clamp to the counter. It will make juice, have a tray underneath. This relish tastes great on cottage cheese.
