4 ¾ inch pork chops or pieces of chicken
Salt and pepper
Flour
1 tbl. oil
½ cup orange juice
2 tbl. Orange marmalade
2 tbl. Brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Heat oil and brown both sides of meat. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well, and pour over meat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4 but can be doubled or tripled for larger crowds.
