6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shell and chop the hard boiled eggs. Then, in a large skillet, warm butter until melted. Add flour and mix until smooth. Gradually add milk whisking and cooking until you have a nice white sauce. Add chopped eggs and season with salt and peper. Serve over warm toast. Ejoy!

This is one of our favorite breakfasts. I usually hard boil the eggs the night before and chill in fridge overnight.
