8 large sweet potatoes
1 1/12 cup butter
4 7 oz. jars marshmallow cream
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 c. milk

1 c. packed light brown sugar
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. crushed pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done. Drain then peel (drain well after peeled). Melt 1 cup of butter and marshmallow cream over low heat.

Beat: potatoes/marshmallow mix/eggs/sugar/milk at medium speed until smooth. Spoon into 13x9 dish. Melt 1/2 butter and mix with crushed cornflakes brown sugar and pecans. Pour cornflake mixture on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
