1 onion
6-8 cloves of garlic
1 sweet banana pepper, seeded
1 c. white or red wine, depending on meat used
1 c. chicken or beef broth
3 T. fine black pepper
1 stalk celery
5 oz. worchestershire sauce
2-3 sprigs rosemary
1/4 c. soy sauce
Fresh ginger, small piece

Directions:
Directions:
Frape' all ingredients in a blender; strain through a cheesecloth or fine strainer.

Use 3 cc's for every 2 inches of meat/poultry.

Rub the outside of the meat/poultry with salt and pepper or use Tony's seasoning.
