1 box Cope's dried sweet corn
Water
8 T. butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put dried corn in a large pot and cover with water. Cook for several hours adding water if necessary. When tender to the taste, remove lid, continue cooking and let the water evaporate. Add the butter and sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Voila!
