Butter
Salt & Pepper

Simmer 1 Gallon of Milk - be sure to simmer only!

Separately:
Simmer 2 quarts of Oysters in their own liquid - slowly!

Add Oysters to simmering milk. Add 1 stick of butter, salt & pepper.

The longer the stew simmers during the day, the better it becomes.
