1 c flour,
1/2 chopped nuts,
1 stick margarine,
1 c confectioners sugar,
1 pkg. cream cheese (8oz), (well softened)
1 contaner cool whip, (regular size)
2 boxes INSTANT lemon pudding,
3 cups milk
extra chopped nuts for garnish

1st LAYER....
mix flour, margarine and nuts...press into bottom of 9x13 in pan.(ma used to mix it right in the pan.... bake at 350 for 15 minutes....COOL..2nd LAYER..mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 c cool whip and spread over first layer . 3rd LAYER
mix pudding and milk and spread on top....4th LAYER spread remainder of cool whip and sprinkle with nuts...chill overnight or a least 3 hours before serving. can make the night before and add final layer before serving
