1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coconut flavor
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well - roll dough in walnut size balls. Dip in water, then in white sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
