2 tsp. butter
1 c. onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
8 c. fresh brussel sprouts, halved (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tsp toasted pecans, corsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; saute 4 minutes or untl lightly browned. Stir in brussel sprouts to coat with butter and saute until they brown. Add garlic and saute another 2-4 minutes until beginning to brown. Add broth and sugar; cook 5 minute or until liquid almost evaporates, stirring frequently. Stir in salt. Sprinkle with pecans.

I love these brussel sprouts. Many people who say they hate brussel sprouts enjoy these. The key is to use fresh sprouts and brown them up nicely.
