3 cups macaroni
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (or more depending on you taste
1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 º
place macaroni in pot of water ( add pinch of salt) and boil until tender. Drain
in a long, 2-inch casserole dish, later macaroni, add salt and pepper with bits of butter. add a layer of grated cheese over the macoroni, continue layering in the same pattern, ending with cheese on top.
in a separate bowl, mix 1 cup milk and beaten egg together, with salt and pepper. pour mixture over macaroni and cheese.
place in oven and bake until cheese has melted and milk mixture is cooked.
