Crust:
1 C Graham Cracker crumbs
3 T Sugar
3 T Butter or Margarine

Filling:
4 8 oz. packages of cream cheese. Softened.
1 C. Sugar
3 T. Flour
4 Eggs
1 C. Sour Cream
1 T. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake 10 Min.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake for 10 Min, reduce oven temp to 250º and bake for 1 hour and 15 min. or untill about 3" of center is not firm. Turn off oven and let cake remain for about 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan.
