Gelineau's Ultimate Chili- Take # 1 Serve 4
Ingredients

1/2 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Sausage
1 onion chopped
1/2 Garlic Clove Crushed
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1 TSP all purpose flour
3/4 TSP Sugar
3/4 TSP Dried Oregano
3/4 TSP Paprika
1/3 TSP Salt
1/3 TSP Pepper
9-10 oz Whole Tomatoes chopped
1 can -Tomatoe Paste -8 oz
1 15 oz can of Kidney Beans
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/2 TSP Dried Basil
1/4 Cup Red Wine
1-dash Worcester Sauce
1/4 TSP Cumin

1 Cook the Sausage in a large pot over medium heat & add the onion. Cook until translucent
2 Combine the beef with the garlic, chili powder and cumin
3 Add # 2 to # 1 & break up any meat that sticks together. Cook for 30 min until meat is very brown (not grey)
Sprinkle in Paprika and Oregano
4 Add Tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, celery, basil, wine & Worcester Sauce, beans and simmer for 1 hr uncovered
5 Mix in the Flour and cook for an additional hour
