Ingredients:  
1 lb ground chuck;
Olive oil;
1 large onion;
1 clove garlic, minced;
1 can (regualr size) tomato sauce;
1 can (small size) tomato paste;
parsley;
1/4 tsp. Spaghetti sauce seasoning;
salt and pepper;
1/2 C. white wine;
2 or 3 Bay leaves;
2 or 3 T. sugar

Directions:
Brown onion in olive oil. Then brown meat. Drain off grease from
meat. Add rest of the ingredients and cook slowly (3 hours) over
low-medium heat. Stirring occationaly to make sure bottom does
not burn.
