3 tbsp dried green pepper flakes
1 tbsp instant beef bouillon
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tsp fennel seed
tsp crushed bay leaves
tsp garlic powder

Mix and store in tightly covered container. Make 2/3 cup. Shake before measuring.
