3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup oil
2 T. white vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water
2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a 13 x 9 pan.
Make a well in the center and add oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water.
Stir by hand until blended.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Optional: Add chocolate chips before baking (sprinkle on top) and bake for an extra 5-6 minutes.)
