1 ( 8 oz. ) pkg. noodles
5-6 large chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pint half and half
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. onion
3/4 c. celery ( partly cooked )
1 can mushrooms ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and take off the bone. Cook noodles in broth. If chicken breasts are used, add chicken bouillon to water. Melt cheese in half and half and soup in microwave. Stir until blended. Mix together and bake for one hour in 350º oven.
