2 lb Red Snapper
1 roll of ritz crackers crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Soak fish in lemon while preparing mix.
Crush Ritz crackers in a plastic bag
Season to taste
(I use a Cajun seasoning by Emeril)
Dip fish in melted butter. (You can skip the butter)
Then roll fish in cracker mix.
Spray a flat pan with Pam cooking spray.
Bake at 350º until done.
