1 cup flour
1 (4 oz) package of vanilla instant pudding
1 egg
1 15 oz can of sliced peaches (drained saving 3 tbl. of juice)
cup of blueberries (optional)
cup milk
1- 8 ounce softened cream cheese
tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbl. Soft margarine
1 tbl. gradulated sugar
cup powdered sugar

In large bowl, combined flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, margarine, egg and milk.
Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Arrange drained peaches over batter and arrange the blueberries on top of the peaches. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and peach juice in small bowl and beat together. Spoon over peaches and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with cool whip on top when serving. Serves 8
