1 1/3 cup Wesson Oil
4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cup white sugar
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Blend eggs with a fork. Stir in oil, vanilla, and lemon juice. Then blend in the sugar until the batter thickens. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Drop by teaspoons 2' apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass that is greased with marjarine and dipped in sugar. Remove at once from cookie sheet.ºº
