2 c dry breadcrumbs
1-1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
Chicken parts or fish filets

Directions:
Directions:
With fork or pastry blender, mix crumbs, paprika, celery and onion salts, pepper, poultry seasoning and oil. Put some of the mixture in plastic bag. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake one piece at a time in bag. Place chicken in greased pan. Bake in pre-heated 350-degree oven 1 hour or until tender. (fish bakes in less time.)
