1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 dozen bakery dinner rolls
* assorted condiments including cheese slices
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ground beef with onion soup mix and add
in the cheese. Make small patties, aproximately 2 1/2
inches in diameter. Broil over medium-high heat apx 4
minutes per side, until meat thermometer registers
internal temperature of 160 degrees. Place on sliced
dinner rolls and serve with desired condiments.
