Sift together 2 cups sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Set aside:
Melt 2 sticks butter with 4 Tablespoons cocoa & 1 cup water. Bring to rapid boil then pour over dry ingredients.
Then add:
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes...(ONLY)
ICING: Melt 1 stick butter, 3 Tablespoons cocoa, 6 Tablespoons buttermilk (substitute...regular milk and add 1 tablespoons white vinegar)
Bring to boil and add 1 box confectioner sugar (sifted). Add 1 Tablespoon vanilla (real stuff) and chopped nuts.
