¾ c Herman
1 ¾ c flour
¼ c oil
¼ tsp soda
1 ½ c warm water
2 eggs, separated
¾ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Herman, water and flour. Cover and let stand in a warm place over night. In the morning stir in egg yolks, salt, oil and soda.Stir well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
