1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 jars strained baby food prunes
3/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 tsp. each of cloves, cinnamon & nutmeg
1 heaping tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Grease & flour 13 x 9 cake pan
Mix everything together all at once - Stir (do not beat)

Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes

Frost with chocolate frosting....
